I’ve started to read the book and have ordered the DVD. Some years back I was fortunate to have a retired Bishop of Coventry as retreat leader who taught about the Jesus Prayer and it has been part of my life ever since. It has calmed me in stressful situations since my brain now seems to be able to pray the prayer while paying attention to what the situation is. Thank you for the link.
