Let us pray (in silence) [that we grow into Christ’s new life]
from whom all good things come,
by your inspiration,
we may discern what is right,
and by your merciful guiding may do it;
through Jesus Christ
who is alive with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
Some will move the Feast of Corpus et Sanguis Christi (Body and Blood of Christ) from this Thursday to Sunday.
Some celebrate this Sunday as Te Pouhere Sunday, celebrating the Constitution of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia binding together our Three Tikanga (three cultural streams, Maori, Pakeha, Polynesian) in one church.
